I wrote this simple WordPress plugin for my wife Marilyn. She needed a plugin to help manage spam that arrives via contact forms and comments but dislikes using heavy plugins that take over your dashboard or do nefarious things behind the scenes. I wrote Spammer Slammer to her specification . It only works with Gravity forms as that’s the form plugin she uses.
If you’re like her and prefer simple, and you happen to use Gravity forms, it may suit you. It simply looks for the most obvious things a spammer does.
