How I Use Anki Cards
I create a deck for each subject: AWS, GCP. etc.
On the front of each card I put the question and the answer goes on the back of the card. I also assign a tag such as storage, compute. network . etc.
When running in study mode it displays the questions and I answer verbally, and then self-rate my response. This system will replay questions sooner if I score a low ratings and later for high ratings. In this way it allows me to focus my learnings of the weak areas until I have good all round performance
How To Set Anki Questions
I tend to choose questions with clear cut answers. Examples are:
- Name the top five capabilities of service X
- What are the four main benefits of service X
- What three other services might you use alongside service X
- What are the three pricing options of service X
